1. Put the chicken in a bowl. Season with white pepper and salt. Add the egg to the bowl. 

  2. In a separate bowl add the corn flour. 

    Dip the chicken into the corn flour/starch to cover. 

  3. Shallow fry it until golden brown. 

  4. Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. 

  5. Chop 1 onion and add to a hot pan with a bit of oil. Add the minced garlic. 

    once soft add the chicken back to the pan. 

  6. Add the noodles, bean sprouts, sauce and spring onions and mix.
