Method

  1. Mix fat and flour until like breadcrumbs 

  2. Add water until pastry is firm and together.

  3. Chop potato and onion up very small and mix together with the meat and a pinch of salt and pepper. 

  4. Cut pastry out (with a saucer) add meat etc and join up the edges firmly. 

  5. Paint outsides with milk or egg. 

  6. Leave in oven for 40/45 minutes on Regulo 7.
