Sushi bowl 🍣
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- Avacado
- Rice
- Soy sauce
- Cucumber
- Spicy may siracha
- Seaweed paper
Method
- Start by frying off the salmon fillet until golden on each side and then let rest
- Measure out a half cup of rice per portion. Bring to the boil and let cook
- While the rice is on the go we can start prepping our veg. Dice up a bit of cucumber into nice little squares and slice half an avocado
- Once the rice is done, drain and fluff
- Then place your salmon in the bowl you’re serving it in and flake it up with a fork
- Add your cooked rice to the bowl with the salmon
- Drizzle over soy sauce
- If you have spicy mayo (I used siracha’s spicy mayo) drizzle it over the top to taste. If you don’t use plain mayo and a hot sauce
- With your fork bring it all together
- On top place your sliced avocado and diced cucumber
