Sushi bowl 🍣 

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • Avacado
  • Rice
  • Soy sauce
  • Cucumber
  • Spicy may siracha
  • Seaweed paper

Method

  1. Start by frying off the salmon fillet until golden on each side and then let rest
  2. Measure out a half cup of rice per portion. Bring to the boil and let cook
  3. While the rice is on the go we can start prepping our veg. Dice up a bit of cucumber into nice little squares and slice half an avocado
  4. Once the rice is done, drain and fluff
  5. Then place your salmon in the bowl you’re serving it in and flake it up with a fork
  6. Add your cooked rice to the bowl with the salmon
  7. Drizzle over soy sauce
  8. If you have spicy mayo (I used siracha’s spicy mayo) drizzle it over the top to taste. If you don’t use plain mayo and a hot sauce
  9. With your fork bring it all together
  10. On top place your sliced avocado and diced cucumber
