Method

  1. Season the chicken and fry off until it's starting to go golden brown. 

  2. Add in the onions and peppers and cook until soft. 

  3. Add in the garlic, tomato purée and sweet chilli sauce and cook for a few minutes. 

  4. Then add the chicken stock and cream cheese. 

  5. Reduce this down until it's formed a thicker sauce.

  6. Garnish and serve with crispy potatoes and tender stem brocolli.
