Method

  1. Cut halloumi into small cubes.

  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes, quarter the cherry tomatoes, remove the pomegranate seeds.

  3. Chop the basil finely, cut the spring onion into rings.

  4. Fry the halloumi in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.

  5. Then add the honey and chili flakes and fry on low heat for 1-2 minutes.

  6. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.

  7. Put the halloumi, pomegranate seeds, spring onion rings, cucumber cubes, cherry tomatoes, basil and the dressing in a bowl and mix.

  8. Let it steep a bit, season if necessary and enjoy.
