Method

  1. Get a relatively deep baking tray and put your whole block of Boursin in the middle of it

  2. Slice up your pack of tomatoes into quarters and scatter around the Boursin

  3. Remove the skin from your chorizo and slice up your chorizo and chuck it all in the tray

  4. Season everything with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and then give it all a drizzle with some olive oil

  5. Stick it in the oven for 25 minutes on 200c

  6. Mix it all together and serve
